New Update - Death Cam

In this update:

• Dismemberment is more performant. I have made some adjustments to the library and now it can cut better
• Refined character expressions on decapitation. They will make more realistic expressions
• Added buttons:
  • Death cam: on/off to turn on/off death cam
  • Decapitation only: turn this on/off to limit dismemberment to only decapitation
• Desktop mode can change Avatar by select the character in character menu and choose Equip Avatar
