added weapon Pillory

• NPCs are locked in Pillory when they touch it
• NPCs are locked in Pillory when they are thrown into it
• NPCs are locked in Pillory when they are pushed into it
• NPCs can be beheaded by the Pillory
• NPCs can be impaled by the Pillory - impaled NPCs are still alive
• NPCs can be invincible (adjustable)
• NPCs legs are relaxed when they are locked in Pillory
• locked NPCs also beg for mercy when they are hit
